As our clients well know, we take pride in our team. Each associate brings a unique wealth of knowledge and perspective to our growing business. Today, we are adding to our diverse knowledge base by welcoming Erika Wien as Director, Business Development.
In this newly created role, Erika will lead all business development and strategic growth initiatives for Fraser & Hoyt Incentives.
Erika, a native Haligonian, recently moved home to Nova Scotia after two decades working in both arts and corporate organizations in Toronto. Most recently she was Manulife’s Director of Canadian Division Events and Advisor Recognition. Erika led a team of event professionals who managed 60 to 100 international events annually, with up to 1,100 attendees including incentive, educational, roadshow & sales meetings for both advisors and employees.
Erika’s background in the arts – performing as a dancer for two decades and working in arts administration at Eastern Front Theatre Company, the Canadian Opera Company & Toronto Symphony Orchestra – is the root of her passion for creating the “theatre of the event” for attendees. Her background and experience provide unique insight into the meetings and events world and the special needs of this industry.
Erika is a seamless fit with our firm’s vision and client-focused culture. We are thrilled to have Erika join us and lead our business development efforts. As our business continues to grow, we remain dedicated to our clients’ journey.
We thank you for your past support and look forward to growing as your partner in the incentive industry.
